But this is what my frazzled brain liked this week.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>I&#8217;ve been thinking \/ talking a lot about culture recently. This quote from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.radicalcandor.com\/\">Radical Candor<\/a> (which I just read for the third time) seemed relevant.<br \/>&#8220;<em>The most amazing thing about a culture is that once it\u2019s strong, it\u2019s self-replicating.<\/em><\/li><li>I guess everyone\u00a0<em>doesn&#8217;t<\/em> know that Do Not Track d<a href=\"https:\/\/gizmodo.com\/do-not-track-the-privacy-tool-used-by-millions-of-peop-1828868324\">oesn&#8217;t necessarily do what you think it does<\/a>.<\/li><li>Nice advice here on <a href=\"https:\/\/medium.com\/@garyvee\/how-to-lead-a-team-with-empathy-and-kindness-29cdbe964d66\">leading with empathy and kindness<\/a>.<\/li><li>I liked (and agreed) with this article stating that <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.knowyourcompany.com\/the-most-surprising-principle-of-good-leadership-dont-be-busy-87a20c07b724\">being busy isn&#8217;t necessarily the right thing for leaders<\/a>. I&#8217;m going to read it again right now.<\/li><li>And finally, we lost Paul Allen this week, and Bill Gates had a<a href=\"https:\/\/www.gatesnotes.com\/About-Bill-Gates\/Remembering-Paul-Allen\"> few really nice words to share<\/a> about his relationship with Paul.<\/li><\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I&#8217;m preparing for some meetings with some colleagues in Europe next week and I&#8217;m a little frazzled.
