Here are some things I found this week worth sharing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>First off &#8211; the Unity blog has a nice article on the recent <a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.unity3d.com\/2019\/02\/22\/quality-week-2019\/\">Unity Quality Week<\/a><\/li><li>Here is a sensible article on <a href=\"https:\/\/linearb.io\/blog\/how-to-measure-productivity-in-software-engineering-organizations\/\">measuring productivity in organizations<\/a><\/li><li>Kim Scott (Radical Candor) <a href=\"https:\/\/www.invisionapp.com\/inside-design\/better-boss-ceo-coach\/\">showed up in an interview<\/a> this week &#8211; it&#8217;s fantastic<\/li><li>I sound like a broken record, but <a href=\"https:\/\/lethain.com\/limiting-wip\/\">limiting your in-progress work<\/a> is a very good thing<\/li><li>I&#8217;m still reading Scrum Mastery by <a href=\"https:\/\/inspectandadapt.com\/\">Geoff Watts<\/a>.
