{"id":1772,"date":"2020-08-28T15:14:14","date_gmt":"2020-08-28T22:14:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/angryweasel.com\/blog\/?p=1772"},"modified":"2020-08-28T15:24:09","modified_gmt":"2020-08-28T22:24:09","slug":"five-for-friday-august-28-2020","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/angryweasel.com\/blog\/five-for-friday-august-28-2020\/","title":{"rendered":"Five for Friday &#8211; August 28, 2020"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Here are some links I found interesting this week.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>I find Jim Gaffigan reasonably funny, but he&#8217;s gained additional respect from me this week when<a href=\"https:\/\/www.thedailybeast.com\/jim-gaffigan-famously-apolitical-comedian-finally-loses-it-over-trump\"> he lost it over Trump<\/a><\/li><li>Steve Denning has thoughts on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.forbes.com\/sites\/stevedenning\/2020\/08\/09\/understanding-what-good-agile-looks-like\/#25bc86761f73\">what good agile looks like<\/a><\/li><li><a href=\"https:\/\/dnd.wizards.com\/products\/tabletop-games\/rpg-products\/tashas-cauldron-everything\">Tasha&#8217;s Cauldron of Everything<\/a> looks like it will  be a really nice addition to the D&amp;D world &#8211; especially the controversial (?!) change to how racial traits work <\/li><li>Johanna Rothman (who makes frequent appearances here) wrote an article last month on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.jrothman.com\/mpd\/2020\/07\/three-ways-to-stop-agile-death-marches\/\">agile death marches<\/a> &#8211; which is also a nice list of many of the things I hate about scrum<\/li><li>ICYMI, Citigroup made a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pymnts.com\/news\/banking\/2020\/report-citigroups-900m-error-was-caused-by-software-installation\/\">&#8220;clerical&#8221; error with a software installation<\/a> and lost about $900M<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Here are some links I found interesting this week.
