Here are a few things I want to share from my stumbles around the web this week.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Amazon decided this week that I <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aftvnews.com\/amazon-to-discontinue-access-to-amazon-drive-for-synology-nas-cloud-sync-and-hyper-backup\/\">can&#8217;t back up my Synology NAS to amazon drive anymore.<\/a> In related news, I have canceled my Amazon drive service while I find a new offsite backup. I have a few hundred gigs of flac audio stored in Glacier, but hopefully that will continue to work.<\/li><li>Abstracta recently released a list of their t<a href=\"https:\/\/abstracta.us\/blog\/software-testing\/software-testing-podcasts\/\">op testing podcasts<\/a> (including AB Testing)<\/li><li>I enjoyed this blog poast on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zainrizvi.io\/blog\/the-impostors-advantage\">The Impostor&#8217;s Advantage<\/a><\/li><li>I&#8217;ve thought frequently over the past few months about the systemic impact of entire work forces staying home. This article on <a href=\"https:\/\/marker.medium.com\/remote-work-is-killing-the-hidden-trillion-dollar-office-economy-5800af06b007\">how remote work is killing the office economy<\/a> is a good summary of those thoughts.<\/li><li>I probably won&#8217;t fly anywhere for another year, but interesting to read that <a href=\"https:\/\/www.politifact.com\/article\/2020\/sep\/04\/what-risk-getting-coronavirus-plane\/\">airplanes aren&#8217;t actually hot spots for Covid<\/a>.<\/li><\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>How is it September already?
