Hopefully, it&#8217;s just leftover 2020 continuing to fester. Here&#8217;s some new stuff to talk about.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Thankfully, former president Trump was finally <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.twitter.com\/en_us\/topics\/company\/2020\/suspension.html\">permanently suspended from twitter<\/a><\/li><li>I picked up a set of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.samsung.com\/us\/mobile\/audio\/galaxy-buds-plus\/\">Galaxy Buds+<\/a>, and I absolutely love them. I wear them almost constantly.<\/li><li>My role at Unity is <em>sometimes<\/em> like a chief-of-staff role, so I found this article on <a href=\"https:\/\/medium.com\/chiefofstaffnetwork\/i-interviewed-chiefs-of-staff-from-google-lyft-twilio-uber-chime-more-heres-what-i-learned-b68057f8d0ed\">chiefs of staff at several tech companies<\/a> valuable and interesting.<\/li><li>This is an excellent post on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.benjibanjo.com\/posts\/snreng\/\">The Ideal Senior Engineer<\/a>.<\/li><li>I read some <em>fiction<\/em> over the last few weeks. One book I enjoyed a lot was <a href=\"https:\/\/www.goodreads.com\/book\/show\/40097951-the-silent-patient\">The Silent Patient<\/a> &#8211; probably something I&#8217;ll re-read someday now that I know the answer.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>What a week to start off the year.
