I hope everyone is staying cool and safe out there no matter where you are. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Here&#8217;s some stuff I found on the internet this week.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>I thought this article on<a href=\"https:\/\/medium.com\/serious-scrum\/how-deadline-driven-behavior-sends-your-scrum-teams-spinning-out-of-control-c1c268fd6183\"> deadline driven behavior with scrum<\/a> was pretty interesting.<\/li><li>I&#8217;ve seen orgs paralyzed by attempting to make decisions entirely with consensus. Here&#8217;s a great article on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.peoplestorming.com\/post\/consensus-vs-consent\">Consensus vs. Consent<\/a>.<\/li><li>I enjoyed reading Team Topologies, but a colleague pointed out this <a href=\"https:\/\/yoan-thirion.gitbook.io\/knowledge-base\/xtrem-reading\/resources\/book-notes\/team-topologies\">cool summary of Team Topologies<\/a> to me this week<\/li><li><em>Another <\/em>colleague (I have great colleagues) shared this article on <a href=\"https:\/\/hbr.org\/2019\/09\/why-asking-for-advice-is-more-effective-than-asking-for-feedback\">why asking for advice is better than asking for feedback<\/a>. It&#8217;s good.<\/li><li>I&#8217;m re-reading <a href=\"https:\/\/www.goodreads.com\/book\/show\/40275161-the-fearless-organization\">The Fearless Organization<\/a>.
