Sort of. Between this, that, and some really gnarly other stuff, here are a few links I found that you may find interesting as well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>In teams I lead, I do as much as I can to ensure a culture of transparency, accountability, and psychological safety. As such, I&#8217;m always interested in <a href=\"https:\/\/newsknown.com\/toxic-workplaces-a-psychologist-on-how-to-spot-a-toxic-workplace\/\">articles and research like this<\/a>, that discuss workplace toxicity<\/li><li>The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pnsqc.org\/pnsqc-2021-conference-glance\/\">PNSQC Conference Program<\/a> is out. This has always been one of my favorite conferences for discussing Quality (and not just testing). It&#8217;s worth checking out.<\/li><li>I&#8217;ve been re-reading <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rubick.com\/platform-teams-and-the-self-service-model\/\">this arti<\/a>cle on self-service models for platform teams, and like a lot of what it has to say.<\/li><li>This article on <a href=\"https:\/\/bellmar.medium.com\/engineering-teams-are-just-networks-1fc16058879a\">teams as networks<\/a> resonated a lot with me as well.<\/li><li>I&#8217;m probably behind a lot of you, but I just discovered <a href=\"https:\/\/ohmyz.sh\/\">ohmyzsh<\/a> and it&#8217;s made my mac terminal a lot more fun.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>That&#8217;s all 5 for this week &#8211; I&#8217;ll try it again in a week.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We made it through another week.
