Here&#8217;s some stuff to look at going into month 2.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>I came across <a href=\"https:\/\/medium.com\/engineering-operations\/a-framework-for-balancing-and-budgeting-engineering-resourcing-d0cce0e6911c\">this article on balancing work on<\/a> engineering teams that aligns a lot with my thinking<\/li><li>I probably mentioned this before, but I just re-read Julie Zhuo&#8217;s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.goodreads.com\/en\/book\/show\/38821039-the-making-of-a-manager\">The Making of a Manager<\/a>, which I probably once again will recommend as a must read for new (or newish) managers<\/li><li>Speaking of managers, Angela Riggs has some great tips in this post on <a href=\"https:\/\/angelariggs.github.io\/articles\/staying-organized-as-a-manager\">Staying Organized as a Manager<\/a><\/li><li>I picked up a new mouse this week, and I&#8217;m pretty happy with it. I got the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.logitech.com\/en-us\/products\/mice\/mx-master-3.html\">Logitech MX Master 3<\/a> &#8211; it feels good in my hand, and has a reasonable amount of customization available<\/li><li>If you had fun with Wordle last week, the less strategic <a href=\"https:\/\/edjefferson.com\/letterle\/\">Letterle<\/a> is also available &#8211; or for more fun, <a href=\"https:\/\/qntm.org\/files\/wordle\/\">Absurdle<\/a><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>That&#8217;s it &#8211; hope you find something interesting or new.
