As usual (and expected), here are a few interesting things I found worth sharing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Feedback is something I&#8217;m always working on improving. <a href=\"https:\/\/medium.com\/org-hacking\/feedback-staying-on-your-side-of-the-net-6d14f4b0b170\">This article<\/a> really nails home some of the nuance needed for effective feedback.<\/li><li>Speaking of good advice, this article on <a href=\"https:\/\/512solutions.com\/16-tendencies-that-will-derail-your-career\/\">16 Tendencies that Will Derail Your Career<\/a> is also well worth the read.<\/li><li>I like articles that make me think about things I&#8217;ve never thought about before. This article on <a href=\"https:\/\/candost.blog\/questioning-vs-asking\/\">Questioning vs. Asking<\/a> is one of those.<\/li><li>Don&#8217;t know how anyone could have missed this, but <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thenation.com\/article\/politics\/joe-biden-marijuana-reform-midterms\/\">Biden <em>finally<\/em> pardoned people convicted of marijuana possession<\/a>.<\/li><li>I&#8217;ve been known to be pessimistic sometimes. One thought I frequently have given all of the security breaches and vulnerabilities is that <em>nothing<\/em> on the internet is actually secure. For example, <a href=\"https:\/\/innerjoin.bit.io\/the-majority-of-postgresql-servers-on-the-internet-are-insecure-f1e5ea4b3da3\">The Majority of PostgreSQL Servers on the Internet are Insecure<\/a>.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>That&#8217;s it for this week.
