I&#8217;ll skip linking to interesting chat bots, because <em>maybe a chat bot wrote this post&#8230;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But probably not.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>I watched the <a href=\"https:\/\/thegameawards.com\/nominees\/game-of-the-year\">2022 game awards<\/a> last night. Made me think I should think about giving either Elden Ring or God of War: Ragnar\u00f6k some playing time over the next few weeks.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>I hope every leader who is thinking about &#8220;reducing cost&#8221; reads this article on <a href=\"https:\/\/hbr.org\/2022\/12\/what-companies-still-get-wrong-about-layoffs\">What Companies Still Get Wrong About Layoffs<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Another fun-to-read article from Michael Lopp &#8211; and one I guarantee you will be nodding your head to &#8211; <a href=\"https:\/\/randsinrepose.com\/archives\/the-seven-circles-of-meeting-hell\/\">The Seven Circles of Meeting Hell<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Speaking of head-nodding, I watched <a href=\"https:\/\/platformcon.com\/talk\/is-the-optimal-size-of-a-platform-team-zero\">this video on the optimal size of a platform team<\/a>, and it stated (more eloquently) dozens of conversations I&#8217;ve had in the past month.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>I&#8217;ve followed Steve Denning ever since I read The Leaders Guide to Radical Management.
