But here are a few things I found worth sharing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>I&#8217;m thoroughly enjoying the latest season of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.imdb.com\/title\/tt14674086\/\">Welcome to Wrexham<\/a> on Hulu. While I&#8217;m generally interested in anything soccer related, I&#8217;m fascinated by the joy and pain that comes with promotion\/relegation in the English football system. And, it&#8217;s a pretty well done documentary.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Not sure how new this is, but I discovered that <a href=\"https:\/\/slack.com\/trust\/data-management\/privacy-principles\">Slack is going to train AI based on data<\/a> from your workspace. You can opt <em>out<\/em> which is weird, but I pick up on what they&#8217;re trying to do.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>This article on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aquasec.com\/blog\/github-repos-expose-azure-and-red-hat-secrets\/\">exposed company secrets in private repos<\/a> shows how easy it is to do dumb things. It reminds me of a quote that stuck with me from an underrated book called <a href=\"https:\/\/www.goodreads.com\/book\/show\/1069827.Release_It_\">Release It!<\/a> &#8211; keep in mind that the book was written several years ago.<br \/>&#8220;<em>GitHub currently shows 288,093 commits with the title \u201cRemoved password.\u201d Tomorrow that number will be higher.<\/em>&#8220;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>I feel like someone writes this article every year &#8211; and every year I nod my head and think that more people should read articles like this. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thrownewexception.com\/you-probably-dont-need-microservices\/\">You probably don\u2019t need microservices<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>I&#8217;ve been thinking a lot about recently about &#8220;Done is better than perfect&#8221;, and <a href=\"https:\/\/entm.ag\/3budtA\">this article<\/a> was a good reminder of why that quote is true.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>We&#8217;ve done it again &#8211; see you all in a week.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This week has been&#8230;a week.
