I&#8217;ve finally settled on an <a href=\"https:\/\/armsofandes.com\/products\/mens-alpaca-wool-pullover-hoodie-300-lightweight?variant=40250723991634\">Arms of Andes<\/a> replacement &#8211; but only time will tell if it&#8217;s as good as the one I&#8217;ve lost.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>I feel like I&#8217;ve shared this link before, but it has enough recent updates that it&#8217;s worth sharing again. Short story is that <a href=\"https:\/\/github.com\/zakirullin\/cognitive-load\">cognitive load<\/a> is probably the biggest factor slowing down your team of knowledge workers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>And finally, the <a href=\"https:\/\/peterszasz.com\/engineering-managers-guide-to-effective-annual-feedback\/\">Engineering Managers&#8217; Guide to Effective Annual Feedback<\/a> is worth a read for any manager.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Should be something fun in there for everyone.
